Alfredo Pallesi, Art Merchant since 1968, was born and grew up in Bologna in a family of antique dealers in which he was formed immediately. In 1968 he moved to Rome where he opened a studio in Via del Babbuino. In the 1980s, he began to work with Finarte, organizing the opening of its Madrid offices, and was appointed Director Générale of the artistic departments of all the Finarte auctions in 1999.

In 2002 he decided to resume his professional practice, inaugurating his Gallery in Rome in Via Margutta 54, dealing with paintings and sculptures from the seventeenth to the twentieth century and thanks to his more than twenty years experience in the main auction houses also deals with estimates and assessments. Since 2011, the Gallery has moved to the Principality of Monaco, where, keeping his style, Alfredo Pallesi calibrates his choices with intelligence and taste, taking part in the main national and international exhibitions where it presents selected works with the utmost care.
